The Employment Services (EAS) Program, offered by Maison Belfield, supports English-speaking members of the minority community who are rebuilding their lives following incarceration. Our mission is to empower participants through personalized employment support, practical skill development, and meaningful pathways toward long-term community reintegration.

We believe that employment is more than finding a job, it is an opportunity to restore confidence, independence, dignity, and hope.

Our services are confidential, respectful, culturally sensitive, and tailored to each participant's individual goals. This reflects the program's objectives of providing structured employment assistance, counselling, case management, and community partnerships to improve employment outcomes.

3. Eligibility Criteria

• English-speaking members of the minority community, from all backgrounds who meet the program's eligibility criteria;
• Individuals who are currently incarcerated or have been previously incarcerated;
• Individuals seeking employment or preparing to return to the workforce;
• Individuals committed to developing the skills necessary for long-term employment;
• Men and women who are 18 years of age or older.

4. Service Area

The Employment Assistance Services program serves participants throughout Quebec, with services primarily delivered in the Greater Montreal area. Depending on individual circumstances, certain services may also be provided virtually.
